Since my last correspondence, the owner of the EVRC channel has continued to disregard the law and flaunt his illegal activities. As evident from this footage, the channel owner not only demonstrates his own lawlessness but also encourages others to follow suit. This blatant disregard for the law contradicts your efforts to combat illegal eVehicle usage and undermines the integrity of our legal system.

I urge you to take decisive action and issue a formal caution to the individual, prohibiting him from perpetuating these illegal activities on his YouTube channel. It is imperative that the law is seen to be enforced, and such flagrant violations cannot be tolerated.
