For the past four months, I have diligently reported on the activities of the Sandy Lane YouTube Outlaw, who persistently flaunts road traffic regulations by riding and reviewing illegal ebikes on the streets of Wolverhampton, further encouraging the illegal on-road use of these unregistered, unlicensed and untaxed vehicles. Despite submitting six letters to the West Midlands Police, highlighting these breaches, there has been no tangible action or outcome from the authorities.

The latest incident involves the Outlaw publishing a video on YouTube showcasing his unlawful activities once again. Riding under throttle assistance only up Sandy Lane Hill, the individual's actions continue to pose a threat to public safety and undermine the integrity of our road traffic laws.

As a member of the press, it is concerning to witness such flagrant disregard for the law persist unchecked. I urge the authorities to take immediate action to address this matter and promote the safety of our community.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention yet another concerning incident involving the individual known as the Sandy Lane YouTube Outlaw. Despite previous reports and letters, the individual has once again flagrantly disregarded road traffic laws by illegally riding a 750-watt ebike with a throttle on the streets of Wolverhampton, particularly on Sandy Lane Hill, where he shows himself exceeding 30mph at times in the video, well above the 28mph top speed allowed on a moped!
