Welcome to a Video Production News Crime Update. Today, we bring you the latest developments on a tragic incident we previously reported on, about a shocking drive-by shooting that targeted a funeral service at St Aloysius church in North London.

Four have been found guilty of the drive-by shooting outside St Aloysius church in central London. The incident, occurring during a memorial service in January 2023, left four women and two girls injured, ages 11 and 7, in Euston.
Tyrell Lacroix (23), Jashy Perch (20), Jordan Walters (24), and Alrico Nelson-Martin (20) were convicted of conspiracy to cause serious harm with intent, alongside Nelson-Martin facing an additional charge of possessing a shotgun with intent to endanger life, as announced by the Metropolitan Police following proceedings at Kingston Crown Court.
Among the victims, one girl sustained a metal pellet near her heart, and one woman suffered serious injuries affecting her hearing and balance, leaving lasting impacts on their lives.
The tragic event unfolded during a requiem mass for Sara Sanchez (20) and her mother, Fresia Calderon (50), who passed away in November 2022 due to leukemia and a rare blood clot, respectively, after arriving from Colombia.
Investigations revealed that the planning for the attack commenced in November 2022, with Lacroix securing the black Toyota used in the shooting. Believing rivals would attend the memorial service, Lacroix and accomplices coordinated their actions in the weeks leading up to the event.
On January 14, 2023, Lacroix, Walters, and Perch conducted reconnaissance outside the church before opening fire into the crowd as mourners observed doves being released. Extensive video surveillance, totaling approximately 2,000 hours, aided authorities in tracking the perpetrators post-incident.
Sentencing for the convicted men is scheduled for April 12 at Kingston Crown Court, with ongoing efforts to identify a fourth individual involved in the car during the shooting, as confirmed by law enforcement.
Detective Inspector Darren Jones, from the Trident investigation team, emphasized the heinous nature of the crime, asserting that the perpetrators instilled fear and horror within London's streets, targeting innocent mourners in a cowardly act with enduring consequences for the victims.
