‘Former PC James Murray, suspended in August 2023 pending legal hearing, has been confirmed to have resigned quietly according to a source, after being charged and pleading guilty to misconduct as was raised against him along with other charges last year.
The future court hearing where James Murray will be facing 3 charges including rape,ABH and strangulation is set for a start date of the 20th March 2025. VPN will follow the case and look to update further as it evolves’
