ALLEGED CHILD GROOMER: DALBER RIA CHARGED

DALBER RIA, 46, from Birmingham has been charged with attempting to groom, meet and Exploit a 14-Year-Old School Girl for Sex.

RIA said he was an older man and then descended into highly sexualised obscene conversations such as:

 "Would you rub one out” - “Do you like men who c*m quick." - "Do you mind me w**king while we chat, I'm rock hard." he also asked to see her naked body.
