Hi and welcome to this JK B'HAM Crime Report for VPN: REGIONAL NETWORKS:

The man behind a scandal that has outraged Birmingham, Mohammed Suleman Khan, infamously known as "The General," has resurfaced in headlines for all the wrong reasons. The secretive criminal mastermind who gave little away and whose carefully-planned frauds put detectives to the test, now owes a staggering £3.7 million to HM Courts & Tribunals Service – and he's nowhere to be found.
Khan, 44, built a shadow empire from his modest Moseley home, deceiving authorities for years. Known in the underworld as "The General" or simply MSK, Khan evaded police scrutiny while secretly funneling his ill-gotten gains into a £2.3 million mansion in Pakistan. At court, a judge was absolutely staggered by this opulent hideaway "the size of Buckingham Palace," featuring a library, cinema, and its own servants' quarters.
The jig was up in 2011 when a police raid unveiled plans for his Pakistani palace which he had been financing. Khan's so-called debt collecting oper , earning him £40,000 a year was nowhere near enough to fund the project. Investigations revealed Khan was raking in over £1 million without paying a penny in tax. In 2014, he was slapped with a four-year sentence for a £450,000 tax fraud, and later, an additional ten years for failing to settle a £2.2 million confiscation order.
Fast forward to today, Khan has repaid a measly £1,700 of his colossal debt, leaving authorities in the lurch. Despite serving his time, "The General" vanished post-release in 2021, his whereabouts currently a mystery.
Khan's criminal network didn't end with him. His brothers, Shokut Zuman and Arshid Khan, along with accomplice Mohammed Mughal, were involved in massive mortgage fraud, securing loans on false pretenses to amass properties. Their scheme fell apart in 2015, leading to hefty prison sentences and multi-million-pound repayment orders.
The saga of Mohammed Suleman Khan is a chilling reminder of the lengths some will go to defraud the system. As authorities continue their hunt, the question remains: where in the world is "The General"?
Well, that’s all for now. But until our next article, please stay tuned, stay informed, but most of all stay safe, and I’ll see you then.
