33-year-old FREDERICK BALOG from the Czech Republic has been arrested and charged with attempting to groom and meet a 14 year old British School Girl for sex.

He sent multiple explicit videos of himself engaging in sexual acts, sent other pornographic material and gave detailed instructions on sexual acts.

He wanted to hit the child 'hard', assuring her that this is something people enjoy.
